Our team will carry out a detailed site survey during the early stages of a project, so we can ascertain the conditions of the area and identify any potential risks or considerations as your project advances.

Design & Concept Development

Using information gathered from the site survey, we develop the design from concept through to build-ready solutions. We work closely with architects, designers and builders to ensure the design meets both aesthetic and functional requirements. Where required, we can also obtain structural calculations through a trusted, subcontracted structural engineer, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and project specifications.

Detailed fabrication drawings are produced to finalise dimensions, connections and finishes. These drawings ensure accuracy, quality and smooth coordination before fabrication.

All architectural metalwork is fabricated by our skilled team using high-quality materials and precise workmanship. Strict quality control is maintained throughout the fabrication process.

Depending on project requirements, items are finished with either galvanising or powder coating to enhance durability, corrosion resistance and visual appeal. Finishes are selected to suit both the environment and design intent.

Once complete, all items are carefully prepared and delivered to the site, ensuring they arrive safely, on time and are ready for installation.

Our experienced installers complete the final stage, fitting the metalwork accurately and safely on site. We coordinate with other trades as required to ensure a seamless installation and a high-quality finished result.

Post – Installation & Handover

Once installation is complete, we carry out a final quality check and attend to any snagging issues. We then provide handover information as required, including care and maintenance guidance, completion photos and any as-built updates. Our team remains available for aftercare support to ensure the finished installation performs as intended.
